Isaiah 25

Have you read Isaiah 25 today?

Before you do take this quick quiz.

1. What do you think of when you read Isaiah 25?

Post your answer below and share it in your WTW group or platform contacts.

Many chapters in the Bible are readily known by many students of God’s WORD for the main idea, such as Leviticus 19, Psalm 34, Amos 5 etc.

What about Isaiah 25?

For that matter, you have heard that there have been people who have memorized entire books of the Bible.

Even if we do not do that, one good discipline is to begin learning the main message of the chapters of the Bible.

As we begin to look at Isaiah 25 today, it came to mind to continue this study of Isaiah with special attention to the Hebrew, even as we have been doing and gradually digging deeper, aiming to understand more of God’s WORD to us.

As we look into the Hebrew, the first thing we discover is how little we know, and the second thing is how there are many who do not know and love God.

So, here is a second quick question and today’s main quiz.

2. Can you handle the truth?

Post your answer below and share it in your WTW group or platform contacts.

As we dig deeper and aim to understand the Hebrew, we inevitably come across others who read the scriptures who do not believe as we do. And so the question is, can you study and listen, BOTH without being offended AND without being misled, rather learning from those who know more than you in various areas AND yet always remaining steadfast in all things pertaining to God’s WORD and the Truth?

Solid food is for the mature, and this involves learning to distinguish good from evil rather than being unaware.

It may be worthwhile to become familiar with the understanding of those more knowledgeable of God’s WORD in order to strengthen and deepen our own understanding of and love for the Truth Himself.

“I read chapter 25 last night and looked up what wine on the lees was. Looks like it’s more flavorful with a creamier texture.”
