Understand the back story behind the lake of fire.
Ahaz started the fire and it has turned back on his head and all who reject God’s commands and walk in the evil way. Manasseh also continued the fire but after severe punishment, he repented and destroyed many of his previous idolatrous works. Later Josiah completed the purification of the idolatry from ha’aretz.
Wisdom in the WORD 
So…Manasseh can go through the green glass door but Dan cannot.
“From the tribe of Judah 12,000 were sealed,
from the tribe of Reuben 12,000,
from the tribe of Gad 12,000,
from the tribe of Asher 12,000,
from the tribe of Naphtali 12,000,
from the tribe of Manasseh 12,000,
from the tribe of Simeon 12,000,
from the tribe of Levi 12,000,
from the tribe of Issachar 12,000,
from the tribe of Zebulun 12,000,
from the tribe of Joseph 12,000,
from the tribe of Benjamin 12,000.”

Conclusion:
The tribe is missing from the list of tribes in Revelation 7:4-8. That is they will not be part of the 144,000 Jewish witnesses in the tribulation period. However, they appear in Ezekiel 48:1-2, 32. These passages reveal that the tribe of Dan will have land apportioned to them during the millennial kingdom. There is a great spiritual illustration associated with the tribe of Dan. The tribe of Dan rejected their God and their rejection continues to this day. They will continue to reject God in the tribulation but they will turn to God at the end of the millennial kingdom because our God will draw them to Christ (Romans 11:25-26; Zechariah 12:10-13; 13:7-9; Ezekiel 48:1-2, 32). The Danites will come to the Lord in saving faith.

And in Mark 9, JESUS refers to both fires together, the vile fires of the valley of slaughter turned back onto the enemies of God
See, the Lord is coming with fire, and his chariots are like a whirlwind; he will bring down his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.
