Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer. 1 Timothy 4:1-5

For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well. Acts 15:28-29

1. Is LCS remarriage actually marriage?
YES, absolutely 100%
It is an adulterous marriage, and the one who desires to follow JESUS must follow Him by remaining faithful in the present situation as the servant of all, denying themselves and following him. This addresses all sides of LCS remarriage, both the consideration of it while single and the living out of it after first coming to JESUS. All else is of the evil one.
2. Is adultery marriage?
No
Adultery in itself is not marriage. But there are those who take adultery into marriage.
But we have that copy of the earliest first century letter from AD 48 which clearly instructs us to abstain from all such, even any hint of porneia, let alone moicheia.
“That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication [porneia]: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.” Acts 15:29
Marriage is good and from God and because of this it must be kept free from porneia and moicheia.
