Moses said to God, “Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is HIS NAME?’ Then what shall I tell them?” God said to Moses, “I AM who I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I am has sent me to you.’ ” God also said to Moses, “Say to the Israelites, ‘The LORD, the God of your fathers—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob—has sent me to you.’ “This is NY NAME forever, THE NAME you shall call me from generation to generation. Exodus 3:13-15
Then JESUS came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in THE NAME of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20
Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at THE NAME of JESUS every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that JESUS Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11
